It requires structure, tech fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to support a fast-moving Partner without being asked twice.

Mission
Keep the firm running cleanly and efficiently β managing operations, compliance, vendors, and the Partner's schedule β so that nothing falls through the cracks and the team can focus on what matters most.
Outcomes
β Support the Partner across business and personal tasks β calendar, travel, logistics β with full coverage and zero follow-up needed.
β Map, maintain, and improve our IT and cyber environment: software, access management, and vendor ecosystem.
β Support compliance administration under the direction of the CCO/Partner - training calendars, attestations, policy rollouts, and related firm calendars.
β Own and improve the operational systems that keep the firm running: HR, vendors, firm calendars (including compliance), and team events with relevant logistics.
β Be the connective tissue of the team β the person who makes sure communication flows, people feel supported, and friction gets resolved before it escalates.
